The city of Austin lives and breathes coffee, it’s an essential part of our morning routine and you can guarantee most coffee shops will have a line when stopping by for your morning pick-me-up. I have been to many coffee shops in Austin over the years, and I like to consider myself a coffee connoisseur – always trying to find the best caffeine fix in town. My go-to order is: an iced coffee with soy (I always choose a non-dairy option so sometimes it can be almond, coconut or oat milk depending on the availability) with two pumps of hazelnut and cinnamon sprinkled on top… yum! When you watch my Instagram Stories, you’ll notice I always order/drink iced coffee (maybe too much to be honest) and I have to drink at least one a day to make sure my day goes smoothly… if not I get cranky!

Through my DMs on Instagram a lot of you guys ask me for coffee shops in town and where I’d recommend for a pick-me-up… and when I started giving people some of my recommendations I realized I find myself giving a lot of the same ones because I go to a lot of the same shops over and over – hence this blog post!
Below you will find my iced coffee rotation with my ten favorite spots in the 512. The asterisk (*) represents coffee shops that I do not have the pleasure of visiting as much as I’d like, but their iced coffee is great nonetheless!
Really quick: are you a hot or cold coffee drinker? Let me know in the comments below!
